  • What is the capacity of the hall?

    430 guests.

  • May I bring in another caterer?

    No, Carolyn's Personalized Catering is the exclusive caterer at Sunrise Park & Banquet Center.

  • Is a bar available or provided?

    Yes! Sunrise Park & Banquet Center has a liquor license from the State of Ohio and can provide beer, wine, and liquor for your guests. We also provide bartenders and have a variety of bar packages with your favorite alcoholic beverages. Please call or email for pricing packages.

  • Can I have my ceremony there too?

    Yes! We have a beautiful wooded park area for ceremonies and a gazebo with a 55' brick walkway in close proximity to the hall where many memorable ceremonies have been performed. 


    The rental fee of $350.00 allows you to arrive up to 2 hours before your ceremony, and includes the use of the bridal dressing area. We can refer you to an officiant or of course you may arrange for your own.

  • Are chairs provided for the gazebo area?

    White folding chairs are available for the gazebo area for a nominal charge. 

  • What types of tables are in the banquet center?

    We have 60" round tables for guest seating which seat 8 or 9 guests per table. Our chairs are padded, banquet style. Chair covers are available in ivory, white, or black, with a choice of sashes for an additional $3.50 per chair. 

  • Are linens included?

    Yes! All tables are covered in your choice of ivory, black or white linens, and linen napkins for your guests are available for no extra charge in several colors, in addition to ivory and white. The head table, cake, gift, coffee, and buffet tables are all linen covered and skirted. 

  • What about dinnerware?

    We use china dinner plates and glass salad plates. Flatware is table placed, along with the fashion folded linen napkin. 

  • What are the rental times?

    You may choose any 5-hour timeframe for your reception. The hall closes at midnight, and you have one hour after your reception ends to gather your items, remove centerpieces, etc.  You also have 3 hours the morning of your event to have items delivered, set your centerpieces, and add other personal touches.


  • Do I have to clean-up or set-up?

    Only what you bring in! Sunrise does all the set-up and clean-up, other than items that you brought in for decor. 

  • Can I get centerpieces from Sunrise?

    Yes! We have several different styles available for rental ranging from $6-$20 per table. In addition, we offer lighting packages for the head, cake, and gift tables that make your reception really sparkle! Of course, you may bring in your own centerpieces and decor if you wish. 

  • What about the wedding cake?

     You may  have any vendor bring in a cake for you if you wish, and we will cut it for you for a nominal fee.  Ask us for referrals!
